Course Aims:
The various sports science courses at ISST aim to impart students with an understanding of the functioning of the human body and its various systems. Knowledge of sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, and rehabilitation programmes is a must for a sports scientist to improve the performance of athletes. These courses aim to teach all these elements through the use of science backed technologies and assessment tools.
Internships
The Institute of Sports Science & Technology provides internship projects with leading sports companies/clubs/events, teams, and sports organisations. The students get practical exposure & experience in such internships by utilising their knowledge. The internship project provides the student with an opportunity to test the various skills and theories learned in the ISST courses.
