Other allied topics like nutrition, strength & conditioning, and injury management, which are of profound importance in sports coaching, will also be introduced in this programme. This course introduces various top-end technologies like the V02 Max Test, Timing Gates, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and Velocity Based Training (VBT), to name a few.
